I arrived at the venue and was told to sit down. No one asked me what treatment I was there for. Sat

I arrived at the venue and was told to sit down. No one asked me what treatment I was there for. Sat and waited for 30minutes and saw every other costumer go in before me, when I spoke up they told me I had to wait because I was booked in with another therapist. I booked this through Treatwell and they just said I missed my appointment. I’m extremely disappointed given the reviews were so good but this place is extremely unprofessional.
