attended the day before my holiday on the 19th of August for a leg and bikini wax, on arrival I was advised that Nicola, the usual beautician, was not available so this review is for Kathryn who appears to stand in for her at times. Booked the offer through 5pm which seemed like a great deal at £20, however unlike other salons I have been to in the past they use soft wax here as a opposed to hard wax which is better for coarser hair. the whole experience was a nightmare from start to finish, the pain was indescribable( I have previously had Brazilians which were a walk in the park compared to this) and as Kathryn was waxing she was remarking at the awful bruising which was showing up immediately(this has never happened either previously) which I assumed would have calmed down after a few hours however this was not the case, for my whole holiday my legs and bikini line were extremely battered and bruised looking. I would also like to note that the wax was not properly removed afterwards and on washing this off when I get home I discovered there were huge patches where the hair had not been removed. all in all, do not visit this beautician unless you are a masochist

Nicola is perhaps the most efficient person I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. My wax was quick, thorough and pain free. What a genuinely lovely girl with the best waxing skills. Highly recommend.
