We booked the Best Western hotel as it was the only 4 star hotel in Bournemouth. The hotel is fantastic. We had a room with a balcony but the room seemed a little smaller than I was expecting. The spa, pool, sauna etc are all a good size and immaculate. Breakfast is as you would expect in a 4 star hotel. Staff are pleasant at all times. Our room was cleaned during the day and everything replenished. It deserves it's 4 star rating and if I am in Bournemouth, I will certainly be booking here again.

A lovely hotel with nice friendly staff and the service and food is First Class. Lovely swimming pool and spa, and I had a Facial Treatment, which was so relaxing I fell asleep. The therapist brought me to a lovely relaxation room after. I gradually woke up and my skin was glowing. The best it has felt in a long time. I was quite nervous telling the therapist about my Epilepsy, but the therapist was very reassuring. It's good to know that anyone with Epilepsy can have treatments there with confidence. The therapist was well trained. I can't thank her enough.

Visited the spa only. A tidy spa with a small sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool. There is a little gym too, good for a short workout. There are lockers in the changing rooms, £1 which you get back. Had a 55 minute massage, was lovely, extremely relaxing and catered to your needs. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Came for afternoon tea and it was delicious. The staff were very attentive, the sandwiches were varied, fresh, very good quality ingredients and extremely tasty. The cakes were delicious & light and left you wanting more. I couldn't eat the scones so asked for a napkin to take them home and they provided a box for me. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back again.

Went for a Spa Day and Lunch. The staff were amazing and went the extra mile to ensure that our experience was enjoyable. The spa experience and lunch was great too. Albeit, the rare steak we ordered came out medium, but this was made up for the professionalism and service of the staff, so it’s still five stars from me.
