Fantastic Jewellers. I was lucky enough to meet Ollie at another engagement whilst he was working, straight away it was plain and easy to see his love and pride for his job. He was very knowledgable on all the products (especially Patek's) they sold so we arranged a meet at their family run store which was local to me. From there things then went from good to fantastic! All staff in the store were all very polite, made me and my family very welcome and could not do enough for us. There has been many nice surprises and 'Grandad Jeff' is also a gem. (look after him!) We look forward to returning many times in the future and would recommend this family jewellers to anyone. :)

Been a customer of this jewelers over the years and it's all ways been a very good but unfortunately when I visited last weekend I wasn't greeted very well, I was told at the victory quarter branch appointments only and refused entry this has never happened in the past, when I called to make a appointment I was told to go the this branch when we arrived the door attendee was very reluctant to let us in all this made me feel very uncomfortable and like I was some sort of criminal that was about to rob the place very disappointed.

You may sell patek , JLC and other exceptional brands however This should not hold any reflection on the way you conduct yourself to new or previous customers and the manner in which you speak to them , the staff here are utter snobs , I advice you visit the other branch on commercial street where the staff are friendly and more than happy to help as opposed to fobbing you off , I will purchase my JLC reverso elsewhere
