Housekeeping not quite up to standard. Mould in bathroom shower, used sponge left from previous occupants in kitchenette. Crumbs in fridge and oven. Apart from that quite peaceful at night but very noisy cleaners first thing in morning.

Nice setup. Small self contained. Not particularly clean, however. Owner was concerned and sympathetic but probably needs better staff. Did improve as was provided a sponge for washing up and handwash. Was hoping for shower gel and for them to deal with the mildew in the washing machine or provide cleaning products so I could do so. Made do. Place is quite depending on the other residents.

Quite compact but well equipped studio style apartment in a great location. Would stay there again.

Lovely apartments however at the weekends they’re very noisy with party goers and management do not respond to calls or emails

Awesome studio space with separate (and top quality) ensuite bathroom. Even though it was lower ground, it still got plenty of light and was spacious and highly functional and well-equipped - good for a solo or duo. The washing machine and folding laundry line was a godsend after a week and a half of travelling prior! The location was great - quiet park area but very close to the action and public transport routes (especially to Bristol Temple Meads), although a lot of things were easily a nice 15-20 stroll away (a good way to get those steps up during holiday!). Check-in process/codes may be a little confusing with the different emails, but they eventually make sense on the day. I arrived early and apartment management was easily contactable and gladly took care of my luggage so I could immediately head off to explore Bristol. Thank you and I would love to stay again next time!!
