After 3 attempts and separate visits I still couldn't get served or approached by anyone remotely interested in assisting me. I even hovered around who I presume to be the manager to try to get help, but he continued with his sales call saying how well the store was doing with the figures... you might do even better if you serve customers and try and get sales! Poor attempt and I went next door to Furniture Village who were really helpful and ultimately got my business.

The assistant could hardly talk English, and kept writing my email and name all wrong. She then didn’t understand something so went and asked her boss, he was on the phone to another client, so I was stood waiting 15 minutes, I’m disabled and walk with a stick, I wasn’t even offered a chair to sit on, while I waited. I was physically and mentally drained after ordering just a matteress, which I thought would be a quick and easy process.
