As a new patient, I was anxious for my appointment. From reception, to Dr Gupta's room, I was put at ease. I attended here for a consultation regarding my Keloid Scar. Dr Gupta was able to agree a treatment plan with myself fitting the appointments round my busy work and social schedule. Since the first consultation I have been back and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr Gupta has great knowledge and experience, and this shows when he carries out treatments. Would fully recommend.

Terrible experience tying to get appointments the last few months and wasted time trying to get a diagnosis on lumps in my body! My normal GP there is lovely but receptionist kept saying they only had room for me to see the locum dr as appointments can only be made on the day. The locum DR rushed me through the practice and I ended up having to settle for seeing the nurse who is lovely and did get me a scan. But need to see my GP for scan results and further tests. I rang several times to try and see my GP but always seem to miss the 'pot luck' system in the mornings when everyone has to ring to book a same day appointment! No advance appointments. The Dr requested that I call and book an appointment to see him as soon as I got back from a break. When I returned I rang and tried to book an appointment as requested by DR Gupta and still no appointment! I have been told there is only space to see a locum and not today but I have to ring each morning and 'try' to get in! When I asked if this kind of system takes into consideration actually caring for patients, the receptionist was not nice in her response at all and said 'We have 6000 patients!' She wouldn't listen to what has happened or that DR Gupta had told me to ring and book with him not a locum or nurse. Her attitude and comment about the numbers of patients they have kind of proved the point that numbers and stats matter more to than caring for people! Very disappointing and a waste of two months trying to get a diagnosis on growing lumps on my body. I am trying a new DRs surgery asap!

Impossible to get an appointment - phone continuously busy, then all appointments taken (will only book for the same day). After describing my problem I was directed to the walk-in centre. After an hour waiting there (Benim did not point out that appointments were available) I was told there was nothing they could do for me - I needed a physiotherapist or an MRI scan, and the walk-in can’t refer me for an appointment. Back to phoning the surgery next day. 150 minutes of busy phone, then no appointments when I got through and a receptionist who really didn’t care about anything except repeatedly saying I needed to call back tomorrow. Strongly recommend you register elsewhere with somewhere competent and responsive.

Bad service. Ignore people’s problem! Do not choice for GP! General practice (GP) General practitioners (GPs) treat all common medical conditions and refer patients to hospitals and other medical services for urgent and specialist treatment. They focus on the health of the whole person combining physical, psychological and social aspects of care. Today. 05.07.2021. Reception is tell to find another GP service. They can’t help me! That’s mean How they are good! I wait from 1.01.2021 for my problem. They Will not make everything for you! Covid pandemic is the problem(what they said today! For 6 months they just make couple of document for blood test! They are so busy busy busy. She tell me, you have a 11 appointment with doctor and she try to fell guilty about my phone call! Well good jobs!

The reception staff have a bad attitude to patients and don't understand their own policies; being told "that's how it's worked for 12 months". It's not, because it doesn't work.
