I cannot recommend Benchmarx in Edinburgh. Really poor service had to wait an age for the "design" to be finalised, then further delay with the delivery, then further delay because they did not deliver all of the order. Still waiting for worktops!! Their design process missed the kick plates which are pretty standard but not on the order!! There are plenty of companies I could have used, and I wish I had! The customer service seems really poor. I have never dealt with other kitchen companies, maybe this service level is standard across the industry, I hope not. BTW it is not cheap, I am buying a top range kitchen and spending lots of money with them. I suggest you avoid Benchmarx Edinburgh.

Very poor service from the staff in Seafield. Made to feel very unwelcome from the start. Woman behind counter Made a big deal of our order not in the correct name and ignored me as I tried to assist. Then told me they didn't have the item before someone else confirming they did. While they were away looking for it I took a phone call on her return she started telling me something and seemed offended when i indicated i was on the phone. After paying I was then informed its only two baskets not the four I ordered Then was told it was only 900mm not the 1000mm I ordered I Then got frustrated and asked in an agitated manner what was going on and why has she sold me the wrong item for another woman to come over call ME rude and completely contradict the 1st and say it was 4 baskets and is 1000mm and she was doing me a favour selling me the item...i was just so confused and frustrated at the whole strange situation. When I pointed this out to the 1st woman she shrugged her shoulders and loudly stated "whatever" Absolutely shocking behaviour!!!! Ruined my day to say the least!!
