It is a good brand but poor management at this location. Probably too many people come to this place. Waiters maxed out and don’t expect anything better from them. My sea bass served in a soup bowl. All too dry ... sorry low standards. Hope they improve and stand up to their reputation. All of them very polite and friendly so I am not complaining about people who were trying their best.

Been here a number of times and completely loved it. This time felt some of the staff not committed to the customer experience. Not offered pepper or cheese with main dishes. Had to get up and request it. Also the roof is leaking. Probably beyond the restaurants control as it is part of the Arndale.

Stopped in for lunch as there were only a few tables occupied. Took over 15 minutes to receive our drinks; the water had a bug floating in it, but couldn’t point it out to the waitress as she didn’t come back to check on us for 45 minutes (when the food was ready). Asked for another water, which she didn’t bring. The starter never came out, advised waitress and without acknowledging it she left. (?) She never asked if we still wanted the starter, never advised if it was coming out or not. Our food was bland and unappetizing. Left and got street food, which was incredible. Long story short — will not be back.
