Time for me to find a new Surgery because this one has gone downhill. When the the receptionists do finally answer the phone they are often abrupt and unhelpful and I cannot help but wonder if they have taken their cue from Dr Singh who is simply one of the most condescending, arrogant doctors I have ever met and I for one will never book another appointment with this man.

I hardly call to make appointments as they take so long to pick up. But the reception staff at times don’t know how to do the job properly. Not only that I was waiting for a call back which I’ve not received so I tried to call waited over 20mins before giving up. Poor standards and also a lot of times some of the doctors act very rude and just want you out straight away.

Receptionists are rude, doctors every time in a rush and don't really hear you. I don't recommend.

Always really good at booking you in. Ask questions to help you get an appointment with the right person quickest and always a great, quick service. Definately the best gp I've ever been with!

Awful clinic that I have seen in my life. Not professional nurses because of whom, after the visit, I started to have health problems and because of which I lost money, nerves and time for not ordering medicines correctly and traveling to the hospital for additional examination. Very rude attitude at the reception. In my backward country, visitors are even better treated.

If this surgery complains of is far to busy than they should looking for extra sraff or solution I'm working as a nurse so I'm dealing with different surgeries but this one is having a poor and bad management to delay the treatment of a new born because didn't answer o the first attempt of GP calling and not bothered to call back later on again because he's wasting 1 minute of trying. This is disgusting as I said I'm working with surgeries but none of them does likes this .... Do not recommend at all this surgery which treats you superficial!
