Awesome place, great customer service! Well worth the money.

Having an initial good experience, at the 2nd scan they were clearly overrunning. We arrived early but were seen 15 mins late, when in the consultation we were rushed, my wife had only just layed down and the scan was already in her, no introduction or chat. The operator just wanted us out so she could see the next person. We left feeling disappointed and frustrated we'd paid for this experience. We did complain. They ignored us, so we complained again asking for an explanation and they replied offering another free scan, we declined obviously. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I had my HCG blood test done by this company. I got on the day appointment and received my blood results the next day.

Having initially been quite happy that they did a very early scan to confirm I wasn't having an ectopic the more I thought about the more unhappy I am. The scanner really hurt me when doing an internal scan, didn't make me feel at ease, no introductions or anythinf and then I had to undress in front of them - no privacy. Considering I paid £80 I was hoping for a better experience.

Pretty good. Very efficient and flexible with appointment times and wide range of accessible services. Sonographer was a real professional (unlike some other experiences I have had), website is full of useful info and I like the values expressed there, results came quickly and were emailed to me as well.

Loved my experience here!! They’re very good with Covid measures in regards to not having a waiting room, calling us in one by one. Receptionist was so friendly and a great member of staff to have greeting us. Kathy was exceptional during my scan, explained everything in detail and got some stunning pictures. Best scanner I’ve had in any of my pregnancies. A million times better than anywhere else I’ve been, I’ll definitely be returning!

Called FRI for an appointment offered SUN at 9am paid (reasonable price) turned up Sunday seen in 5 minutes and got results there and then. Was highly impressed by the set up and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

I was in other clinics, they told me everything in detail slowly, here doctor was in a Very hurried!!! I was hoping to get photos and online Which were done during the scan, because everyone sent me where I was, and nothing here. Definitely not recommend it to anyone. And It cost me £ 80....
