A massive thank-you to Vanessa and Sunila toady for absolutely brilliant customer service. Attentive, friendly nothing too much trouble. They both went out of their way to help me select my next stupidly expensive watch. I started the conversation with "I'm not looking to buy today." To which they replied "no problem how can we help." They showed me a whole host of watches, talked be trough finance options and even dug stuff out of the back. Did I buy? No. Will I buy? yes!! and from this shop. Thank-you. Brilliant start to finish. Not bad considering Vanessa is 6-months pregnant. Both staff immaculate, store immaculate. A++++

Excellent customer service. Always happy to show you all the jewellery & go that extra mile by sitting you down and grabbing you a glass of water if you're knackered from a hard day's shop. Some really nice products too. Probably the best of the chain jewellery stores.

Courteous and friendly service. Nice range of designer watches and jewelry... you will definitely find something you like... although you may well not be able to afford to get it from here. They say you get what you pay for, but I still found it to be a little overpriced even by designer standards. Hence 4 stars.

Came here with a view to getting the wife a wedding ring. First impressions on the outside, of the shop, good selection of rings to choose from. After trying many shops we decided to go with Beaverbrooks Manchester. Due to social distancing it was one in one out. Once inside we was introduced to a lovely lady by the name of Abbygale who was a trainee. My wife to be then said there was one or two rings in the window that she really liked. Abbygale then asked the wife to be could she point the ring's out that she liked. When she got the rings together, we were asked to take a seat at the bottom end of the shop. Abbygale took my wife's finger and measured then she tried the rings on. When she chose what ring she wanted we were told to call back in two weeks and it would be ready for collecting. Within two weeks we received the phone call to say the ring was ready for collecting. Me and the wife to be went and picked it up. Very pleased with the sale, only downfall was the lovely lady Abbygale was not in that day. But many thanks Abbygale for your polite service.
