I can't speak highly enough of AKA Bespoke. From start to finish the process was easy and slick. The engagement ring is truly beautiful and Richard helped in every aspect to a complete novice in myself with little to no knowledge of rings and jewelry. He guided me on all aspects of the design and advised me with his expertise. My fiancée absolutely adores the ring we made, I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

I had a ring made for my wife, this was my first time getting a bespoke item. They helped me through the initial design stages and the CAD images were detailed and brought the design to life. The listened to my input and changed the design to make it fit my idea. The final ring was better than I could ever have hoped and I will happily go to them again rather than go to off the shelf jeweler

Was recommended to AKA by a friend who had an amazing experience. I had my father's bracelet and some sentimental diamond rings remodelled into the most stunning set of rings. Kiran gave me such inspiration for the design - we talked Art Deco and other ideas and he is not only so creative but really patient and thoughtful. My mum (Clare) has just had her wedding and engagement ring re-designed by Kiran, and he did an utterly superb job. Nothing was too much trouble. It's super unusual, one of a kind, and she loves it! I'm absolutely delighted with my remodeled engagement ring and wedding band. I was provided with CAD drawings so I could see the proposed design 'in real life'. The result is absolutely stunning and I'm delighted. I've now asked them to look at a couple of other designs for me.

I had some fine gold bars that had been given to me by my Dad that I wanted to make into a bracelet. Because my Dad is terminally ill this was a very emotional experience so wanted to make sure whoever made the bracelet would understand and take extra care with my request. AKA we’re brilliant. They invested time with me as I’d hoped, really understood what I was looking for and the result far exceeded my expectations. When I first saw the bracelet i was genuinely shocked at how good it looked! They clearly took great care in creating a beautiful bracelet that I will always wear and, most importantly, will remind me of my Dad when I look at it. Kiran and the team at AKA are excellent - I’ve had 3 pieces from them over the years and they have all been amazing quality and great value… in addition the customer service is great and they always guarantee their work and if there’s any issues they remedy them straight away. Kiran spent a lot of time chatting through options with me for getting my grandmother's wedding ring fit to my size. He was so knowledgeable and helpful and gave me honest advice about what would work best. He compressed the ring and fit to my size, it looks fantastic and has kept all of the markings on the inside. He also re-sized and cleaned up another ring I had which was another sentimental piece which now looks good as new. I was amazed at how reasonable the price was too. Highly recommend if you have a sentimental piece of jewellery. Thank you so much!!

I lost the diamond in my ring , luckily a fellow worker found the diamond . My friend recommended this specialist . I have my ring back , it looks brand new , I am so chuffed with the workmanship , timeline and price. I would highly recommend this company .
