Love the concept, and received excellent service and heavenly facial from the ESPA team. I was taking a city break and stumbled upon the Beauty Bazaar. Luckily the room was free and within minutes i was drifting into a deeply relaxed state of mind. Love to have a Harvey Nichols Beauty Bar in Portsmouth!

The WOW bar is definitely worth a visit. It is a lovely bright eaterie with views over Liverpool 1. A nice range of dishes including deli platters for one which are big enough to share for smaller appetites. The staff are lovely and friendly. A great place to pop in after a hard day shopping!

Professional advice on high end products but without the hard sell and delivered with charm. I use Environ products which are expensive per se but last and the consultations are worth it. You can ask anyone on any counter for advice or recommendations but not be afraid to walk away if it's just too expensive. Love the Beauty Bazaar. People who really seem to care about beauty but not be unrealistic about people's budgets. I will often have products recommended and feel confident to say 'I'll get one on this pay cheque and the other on the next'

I had never been in here before but wanted a Jo Malone product , which I was told they sold. The 2 girls who served me were really friendly and professional. I only spent £22 but they treated me as if I'd spent thousands. I found out there was an actual Jo Malone shop but because the staff at Harvey Nichols were so lovely I went back to their Jo Malone counter the next day and again the 2 staff ( one was a young man) treated me like royalty and again I only spent £22. They are a credit to you Harvey Nichols.

A hidden gem with a small shop area upstairs selling some food items and a wide range of alcohol. Also a great wine bar that's normally nice and quiet. Worth a visit if you want a bit of peace while you watch people dashing past outside!
