Worst massage i’ve ever had. Staff were very nice and welcoming, however, the remedial massage my mum and I had was terrible. During my massage, the lady left the room to answer a phone call. She also went on her phone whilst doing my massage and kept it on the massage bed next to my face which was not relaxing at all as it kept vibrating from notifications. During my mums massage, the lady left the room multiple times to talk to other customers who had entered the reception area. The massage was too hard and she overworked certain areas to the point where it was very painful. Would not recommend it.
