Bath Rugby Shop bath

Nice shop with nice staff.

Appalling customer service on an order placed online. Ordered a product 2 weeks ago however nothing dispatched despite payment being taken. A number of follow up emails were sent, yet no one responded. Spoke directly to the shop on the phone today who barely offered an apology.

Order my shirt every year online. Have always asked for chest measurements via email. This year they havnt bothere to reply to me (twice).

Went into the store and saw that everything was 50 percent off, only for the staff member to come over and say, "the kit is going to be the same next year so I'm putting the price back up." She had ample time to do this before we came in but seemed to relish doing it Infront of us. Seemed pretty malicious.

Really poor service online - Ordered 29th November and received order 18th December. Despite 3 emails, attempt at a 'web' chat and phone calls all unanswered, had no contact and wasn't until a dispute was raised with PayPal that the goods miraculously were dispatched! Have never left a review before but a really unprofessional set up and want to pre-warn others.
