Had complete 5 Bed Property fitted with shutters, very pleased with the outcome, the fitting is perfectly done, so neat. Throughout the installation there was no mess left everything was completely neat and tidy with them removing all dust as they went. Tony & Jenny are perfectionists & such nice people to have working in your home . Would not hesitate to recommend & use in the future.

We were visited by Jenny and Tony from Country Blinds and Shutters, they immediately filled me with confidence after sharing their industry knowledge. They gave me the chance to analyse the options and give me their tips on what would work well...it was clear I needed some guidance...to many lovely choices! All the way through the process I was well informed and even got first dibs for the fitting once the shutters arrived...quote Jenny "just in time for my birthday" ...we'll remember! I would highly recommend and if I should move house,I'll be calling them back again!

1/ 5

I can't comment on the quality of the work that Bath Country Blinds & Shutters offer, however I have been left very disappointed by their customer service. Having booked in a home visit weeks in advance, I received a phone call from Anthony at the time of our appointment informing me that he wouldn't be coming as he couldn't park. He then proceeded to tell me he wouldn't take the job anyway as he wouldn't be able to get his van down the road we live on. There was no apology. Instead I was told I needed "someone like a Hillary's Blinds", which struck me as rude and unnecessary, especially considering he didn't know what the job entailed as he wasn't doing a site visit. Given they had done a job on the same road as I live on previously, I would have expected them to raise any concerns over parking etc when I booked the visit, which would have saved us considerable time as we could have found another supplier in the meantime. We had specifically chosen Bath Country Blinds & Shutters based on the reviews and the initial conversation I had with them was really positive and polite. Sadly the rest of my experience was not. I would not recommend Bath Country Blinds & Shutters if you live in a small rural village, which I imagine many do in this area of the country.

Had shutters fitted in the bedroom and can whole heartedly agree with the reviews already left. Anthony and Jenny are not only a lovely couple they provide a first class service. The quality of their work along with the product was well worth the wait, the attention to detail is hard to miss and second to none, the old adage you get what you pay for is certainly very true in this instance. I would certainly recommend you contacting them if you are thinking of having shutters fitted.

I'm so glad I chose Bath Country Blinds and Shutters to install both shutters and blinds in our home

5/ 5

I'm so glad I chose Bath Country Blinds and Shutters to install both shutters and blinds in our home. They take great pride and care in both their products and their services and rightly so. Consummate perfectionists, with great communications and scruplessly clean and tidy. You couldn't make a better choice. On both instances the works were carried out to the letter and the shutters and blinds are absolutely exquisite. I heartily recommend you look nowhere else.
