We recently join this surgery, getting appointment was a hard task but the doctors and nurses are really good and professional.both me n my wife was seen by Dr Perera, the way he treated us professionally we are really happy to join them .

Recently join this practice and very happy with their service although getting appointment is very hard job but you can get appointment with nurse easily for minor problem believe me you we get the best professional advice from her as well just attended one appointment seen by dr perera outstanding professional person so I am giving them 5*****

Awful (based on my father-on-law's experience).

In all the time I have been registered at this surgery, I have had nothing but excellent treatment from my doctor and all the reception staff. They have gone above and beyond for me on many occasions, and are supportive, caring and efficient. By far the best practice I have ever experienced, both medically and holistically. My medical issues have always been followed up in a timely way, and I have always felt listened to and supported, unlike my last practice. Yes it is very hard to call for an appointment, but most practices face this issue due to the cuts in funding and other restrictions being placed on GP practices and health and social care in general. Thank you all!

By far the worst I have used.

Really awful. 4 times I’ve had bad experiences. How is this establishment still functions! First was from a judgemental and prejudicial. Then twice for never getting a GP to speak to me in spite of appointments for myself and child. Last but not the least, the most painful case of a prescription that was ordered 2 months delayed!!!!! Thank god I’ve sought some medical help elsewhere or god knows what would happen to us! Absolutely awful!!!!!

First class GP practice.

I've been with this surgery for 40 years, including in its previous guise with Dr Wakefield on Dunstable Road, and it has always been outstanding. Some issues with appointments during Covid, but after two visits in as as many days, I can appreciate the doctors and staff are doing their utmost under difficult circumstances. Some unfair comments with unjustified negative reviews here.

I have always found the medical staff and administrative teams excellent and useful and they go out of their way to help you. In these current times people should have a little more patience and understanding and acknowledge how difficult it is to help so many people safely.

Receptionist is so rude, will not help and can never get a appointment after being in a long queue, actually wonder how many appointments they hold For the mornings.
