Went there today to have my foot checked after something small but sharp had broken off and punctured my sole. Was checked by a nurse, X-ray completed, checked again and then had it removed in around an hour after arriving with no appointment. The ladies who looked after me were highly professional and a pleasure to meet. Just remember to enter your car registration on entering the hospital or you will be fined and I would take a flask of coffee with me if I have to go again as there was nothing there except water.

I went to the hospital today after falling and hurting my wrist. The whole experience was excellent- quick and efficient. The visit took less than an hour, which included X-rays. Very impressed and would definitely use this service again.

Unfortunately the telephone number provided is a dudd. After calling it many times and selecting ‘option 3’ for blood tests it rings several times then goes dead. I’ve also rang many times to wait for an operator and nobody answers! On attending the hospital I have been told that it is the wrong number! Please update your system to reflect my comments.

Reception is closed. No one knows where anything or anyone is. Porters are impossible to find. Absolute chaos. When I called for assistance various departments were rung but noone answered so after about 20 minutes they cut me off.
