Amy is a brilliant, enthusiastic and experienced teacher. The classes give you a full body workout for strength, conditioning and cardio. Best I've been to. Classes always change so you never get bored. All levels can go as the exercises can be adapted. Hard work and good fun.

Simply brilliant class! Amy is a very talented teacher and the sessions I have started to attend at Camyoga are a revelation. Fun, energising and brilliant cardio/toning for your whole body. As a yoga nut I worried if I would like Barre but cannot recommend Amy and her classes enough. They have even helped my knee injury! Prepare to get sweaty, fit and laugh a lot. Go on .. give it a go!

5/ 5

Barre Cambridge is the most energising, exciting and challenging class around. The setting is great, the atmosphere is focussed but fun and Amy, the instructor, makes everybody feel motivated, determined and strong. The class builds strength and improves flexibility, posture and dance technique (if you lack coordination, like me, you can have a laugh at yourself and try to improve!) There’s nothing I’d rather do on a Monday night than challenge myself at Barre; it lifts your mood and starts the week off with a bang. Brilliant!

Amy’s enthusiasm is contagious and just the class I needed on this wet and dreary Saturday afternoon. The soundtrack today was particularly funky and you can’t help but sing along whilst exercising.
