After driving for 1 hour and 10 mins to get there with my pregnant daughter and my 3 year old grandson for a booked hat fitting appointment we were ignored, left standing around and waited for over an hour all together, shown a couple of hats which we had to fit ourselves with virtually no input or feedback. After being left 3 separate times for a considerable length of time we left with a very disappointed child. We were also looking to buy chaps and a back protector but all together we waited for over an hour before walking out. This is probably the very worst customer service I have ever received.

Initially very happy with the service received whilst buying a new riding hat, body protector and various smaller items. We had to wait for the personalised hat to be delivered, when we went to collect the hat the personalisation has been missed so the hat was returned to have the name put on it. Since then we have called twice for an update and told we would get call backs but have not been contacted, the hat was returned at the beginning of April and we have not been contacted once with an update. I went into the shop personally on Thursday 11th June for an update and was told that an email had been received from the supplier that morning (🤔), apparently the return parcel had been damaged and just received back at the suppliers. I appreciate that things happen and that especially at the moment things are not going to run perfectly but the lack of customer care has left a bad taste in my mouth. It seems once you had our money (which was no small amount at over £600) you were no longer concerned with us! My wife was on cloud nine with excitement waiting for her first personalised hat and has been so dissapoint and saddened by the lack of aftercare.

Phenomenal service, we have no knowledge of the sport but, our daughter has taken it up. The young girl (holly I think) was amazing, very attentive and informative. Theres no need to go anywhere else, got exactly what we need and weren't pushed to take anything else.
