Barlow Blinds Limited leicester

I have had a number of dealing over the last few weeks with Barlow Blinds. One of their staff measured up my windows. He was friendly and efficient. A bit pushed for time. I have visited their store the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a vast selection of blinds and fabrics on display. Ordered one blind should be fitted soon.

Lovely blinds and pleasant staff who came to visit. Shame the same can’t be said for the gentleman we spoke to over the phone in the office. They fitted the wrong size blinds (50mm instead of 38mm slats) and they offered to come to refit them at a time convenient to us. When discussing this with Phil over the phone he was very rude and aggressive. Eventually, and reluctantly, they came to refit on a Saturday but making your customer feel like the company’s error is the customers fault is not a good business model. Good quality product, poor quality service. Mark however who came to fit was lovely and professional.

Had 2 blinds done for my mum at Xmas. The blinds were measured and fitted perfectly. The fitters double checked which side my mum needed the openers etc and they do look fantastic. It has made the room look amazing. Thank you very much.

There was a minor confusion with the product initially but the Shutter Blinds that we ordered are of great quality. The fitters were great lads and did a fantastic job. They kept our room tidy throughout the installation. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Barlow's Blinds have recently fitted blinds throughout our entire property. The blinds have replaced the curtains which we used to have in the house - I can't stress how much of both an aesthetic and functional difference they have made. The initial consultation was professional, warm and also very informative. We were ran through all the options which were available for us to choose and given recommendations on colours which we ended up going for. The fitters were equally as impressive and were efficient, clean and polite. The house was done in a matter of around two hours from start to finish, which was even quicker than we expected. I would highly recommend Barlow's Blinds!

When I moved into my new property I called Barlow Blinds to arrange a consultation the staff over the phone were very attentive and helpful. I have used Barlow blinds a few years ago for supply and fitting of vertical blinds in my lounge and bedrooms. They were very efficient and the quote was very competitive. More recently I had my bathroom refurbished and I went straight to Barlows to quote for a venetian blind. Once again, very efficient and a great quote. The blind was fitted in less than 30 minutes and the fitters followed all current guidelines. I am very pleased with it. I can highly recommend Barlows.

I was really disappointed by the customer service with Barlows. I had my whole house bar one room done by them previously. They gave me incorrect information regarding the turn around time for a blind. In addition, I was told the delay wasn’t helped by the fact it was the fitter who told me to leave it a day before contacting the store. They tried to rectify the situation by obtaining the material from another store but then the manager made me feel guilty and actually made me cry after telling me several times how other customers would be affected if he sent someone to collect my material from another store and how they would have to bare the cost. A mistake they made yet tried to make me feel bad and guilty for them rectifying. When I stated, I was going to write a google review I actually heard two colleagues discussing not to take my business on because they would get a bad review. A review should be based on ones experience not what the store want them to write. What’s the point of writing a review otherwise? Hugely disappointing, would never use again, especially when they make customers cry!
