I've just bought a house with Bannister Preston (with the help of Daniel Perry) and all I can say is don't even bother looking elsewhere if you are at all apprehensive about which solicitor/conveyancer to pick, like I was. From the date of me starting employing Daniel's services to moving in to the new house was around 6 weeks. Emails always responded to lightning fast, with follow-up documentation arriving in post equally as quickly. Honestly astonished how efficiently they have worked. Will definitely use them again when come times to buy/sell in the future.

I used Bannister and Preston a couple of times many years ago and had a good experience so came back recently for a property transaction. My case was allocated to one person, then she left and it was given to another worker who then also left which was very frustrating as I didn’t know what was happening. I also have a friend who has used the company and she has told me she was in the same situation with her case handler leaving and this was a different name to the one I had. I don’t think it is a good look for any company to have so many staff that are leaving. The people I have spoken to have been nice especially the assistants but they all seem very stressed so much that I felt sorry for them. I’d be really cautious about using this company now because you don’t know if your case worker will suddenly leave. It feels chaotic and I do worry about the mental well-being of the staff as there must be a reason so many are leaving. It’s a shame as it was once a great company !

Don’t except a reply anytime soon. Incredibly slow at replying to emails. Couldn’t seem less interested in peoples cases. Used these halfwits to move house, avoid at all costs and don’t waste your money.
