My husband and I had a lovely time today at the spa. All staff were very nice and professional. We enjoyed every bit of it. I had a massage and facial with Brooke, and it was very relaxing. My husband also had a massage and loved it. The lunch was also delicious! Will be returning soon!

Beautiful surroundings, treatments are always very good and staff are always friendly and professional. But I'm not a fan of the enforced vegan afternoon tea. The majority of food outlets offer a vegan/vegetarian option alongside their other menus but I have never visited a place where it is the only option. There should be an option for us heathens who still eat meat!

Totally relaxing! After seeing so many negative reviews, I was a bit concerned when coming for my day here, but was totally satisfied. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities such as the pool, sauna and steam room were excellent. I am quite a picky eater, but I found the vegan food surprisingly tasty (I had the southern fried seitan). The overall atmosphere was lovely, and when a staff member came down suddenly poorly, they rescheduled the treatments booked for that same day so we didn't miss out. I would thoroughly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Feel let down to be honest. We were the only two waiting for breakfast and it took ages!.. we ordered full English. Was supposed to come with toast and didn't and I asked for no beans and it came with beans and it was awful so didn't eat it anyway !.. our treatments were cut short as they were waiting for us at 11.am and my booking confirmation said treatments began at 11.30 !!. Is my daughters birthday also today so not happy. Also no water now to help yourself to.

Really great facilities. The sauna and steam room had a lot of space and felt very luxury. The treatments were nice and the stone bed relaxation room was great. I only gave a three star however because we had two hour treatments booked and they started a bit late and ended a bit early and you also have to pay for your towels, bath robes and slippers but given how expensive the treatments were I resented this.
