At the spa via a Red Letter Day voucher which included a treatment and use of spa. Facilities are clean, staff courteous, cafe reasonably priced. Inside is a bit of a maze. Would be improved by better signage. 4* review as in the relaxation room the beds had not been turned on and despite notifying staff in spa and reception twice it took several hours before we could use this room (as it was freezing) without an explanation.

Massage was perfect. The facilities are very good. Extra measures in place due to Covid-19 and we had to book a time slot for the pool, but that worked really well and we didn't feel unsafe at any point.

Quiet in the afternoon good choice of newish gym equipment but changing rooms, toilets & jacuzzi area could do with a refurbishment. Mens shower cubicles have broken fittings & fixtures with dodgy temperature controls. Staff always pleasant 😊
