Poor communication and unprofessional, I've called on numerous occasions and the staff cannot answer the phone.

Gym is way too small for the amount of members they have. At peak times it's basically impossible to work out or swim. They have one little tiny sauna and the jacuzzi tub is at a push big enough for 3 people. I give it two stars though as if u make an effort to get there early and it's quiet then it's a nice gym. But on the whole it's a classic example of a gym taking on way more members than its size can handle

Poor communication. They don't inform the customers about anything. They don't reply to emails either. So if you need answers you will have to wait for them to open which also you dont even know when they will open because they don't inform the public.

Reception doesn't seem interested in winning over customers The first response you get is "Everything is on the website"...oh great so there's no need for you then! 2 stars for not wasting my time

Very nice location although lack of parking, this place has poor management and even more rude staff, very bad experience overall

I don't recommend this place..I joined because they had a pool ..but it's not a nice pool the tiles are broken and chipped and it feels dirty in there.. the gym is ok to be honest..but no staff around to ask any questions to and it was very hot in there in the summer... they had portable fans dotted around which were not very effective ...then there is the staff some were helpful and seemed approachable..but most of them hardly speak to you even when you ask them some thing.. they look uninterested and you feel like you have inconvenienced them .., oh yes and then there is the member ship ... be warned if you miss any payments or cancel direct debit by mistake..they send you to a debt collected...

The place is at the convenient location. However, be aware there are thieves in the place. My locker had been forced open in the men's changing room. Stuff being stolen. People lost their mobile phones. The local stuff cannot do anything to prevent this to happen. Though this is the problem of the whole country in the UK. The place in the city centre of Birmingham especially makes it vulnerable.
