Great spot to look out over the Dark Peak. Have even wild camped a few times - although it's become rather popular in recent years. Great spot to visit - just take your litter home with you!

Absolutely beautiful. I’d never heard of this place before since I’m not from around Sheffield or the Peaks, so when some colleagues from work invited me for a hike I just had to say yes. Even though it was rainy and cold I had such a lovely time and the views were stunning. It’s nice to find a place where I can relax and feel at one with nature! 🌿

Very beautiful views. Lots of nice rocks to sit and enjoy the beautiful views. The location is a bit off on google maps, drive about a km ahead of the spot in google maps near to High Lee farms. There is a stile right opposite to the farm. Not too crowded, and an easy walk up. Do walk all the way to the left to see the views over ladybower reservoir. Looked a good spot for mountaineering too.

Amazing views over Ladybower and surrounding area. Paths were much drier than anticipated, especially with the considerable rainfall we've experienced over the past week, no doubt this is due to the strong wind blowing up here. The weather today was ideal for this hike.

Been planning to go here for ages, to photograph a sunset over lady bower reservoir, when we got to the top it started snowing heavy (mid April😒) so not only did I not get a spectacular photo but I couldn't see further than a few metres in any direction but a beautiful place, a bit of an energetic walk to the top and I will be back
