If you're starting at the gym for the first time or getting back into it again, I couldn't recommend

If you're starting at the gym for the first time or getting back into it again, I couldn't recommend Body & Soul enough. Mel and the team are friendly, welcoming and will always go out of their way to help anyway they can. There's a huge range of classes suiting all experience levels, awesome facilities, welcoming members and you're greeted with a smile every time you walk through the door. You can't really ask for much more. If you're from Ballarat and need a gym, look no further.
