Have waited months and months to get one psychotherapy appointment, which was rearranged and put back by a month, I tried to call to rearrange this appointment when I was sick and nobody answered all 4 times I tried to call to rearrange, so I left a voicemail with my name and number. I was told by a receptionist today that I should go back to my GP after not getting any psychotherapy and spending over a year getting assessed to get into this position, as a result of missing an appointment which I tried to rearrange. Shameful of merseycare and shameful of the staff involved in this
