As the highest place around York it is a usefulplace to get some uphill running practise. Does not get five stars as there is no seat at the top to relax on after exercise.

Had a stroll with my daughter and her boyfriend walking their dogs. It brought back happy memories of my childhood because I used to play here from about the age of 7 to 15. The sandpit area is little more overgrown now but the views from the top of the hill are still very nice.

Walk my dog here pretty much every day. It’s a good space apart from all the dog mess that’s left by lazy owners so you have to watch your step! A few holes dug by the wildlife can make you roll your ankle as well… careful steps :-)

Nice spot for a dog walk. The Council have left some parts unmown which has created a little character in the form of patches of longer grass and wild flowers. No doubt a habitat for pollenators. Shame some people haven't cleaned up after their dogs!
