Walmgate Stray york

Open space with a good path between A19 Fulford Army Barracks and York University cycles also use this path , so it's busy with students , one or two trodden paths run off main path but in wet weather can become muddy, a few seats side of path looking south can be pleasant to take in the sights on a sunny day, a high wall near one of the seats to the north , informs the visitor that its the resting place of Joseph Rowntree.

Lovely to walk through. Peaceful

It's big, has cows sometimes, no lights gives the area great natural lighting, and it's erie AF late at night Love it, it's a field, c'mon

Quiet countryside near the city centre

A great place to walk the dog. Watch out for the cows though.

Tranquil place away from the madness of the city yet only a few minutes away bit of a nature reserve , access to Broadway Fulford Heslington the Uni met an amazing lady here once ! Ideal for getting away from it all
