Turned me away because I forgot my card and had travelled half an hour to get here, told me they basically don’t care despite me being physically disabled and needing to get to a computer for my masters work. I was told it was out of semester when in fact I am a 12 month masters student so the whole year is in semester to me. The men were very rude and would not make reasonable adjustments for me being a disabled student. Totally in violation of the equality act.

Good reference access, although could expand by making newer references available when they're released (tried to get a new book on ILL but couldn't be located, I had to buy it on amazon). All floors should be open 24/7.
