Avon Valley Garage bath

Recently bought a car from Avon Valley Garage, the whole experience was so easy and trouble free. Discovered a problem upon collection, the guys said to bring it back the following week to be sorted out AND IT WAS. No pushy sales tactics, just good, honest, reliable and friendly service, with a good stock of quality used cars. Will defiantly be recommending them to my friends. Have only had the car for a few weeks, but am very pleased with it, a great car, good condition, low mileage and reasonable price. My friend who took me to pick it up, returned a few days later and purchased a car himself, he is also very happy with his.

Avon Valley Garage is not a good place to buy a car - it's a great place! I bought a car for my ex wife a couple of years ago and it has been utterly trouble free. It's just gone through it's second MOT in her ownership and never once had a spanner on it. Kevin is a wonderful chap to deal with - straight, honest and down to earth. I liked the experience so much we've just gone back to buy another one. Absolutely brilliant people to deal with! Thanks guys!

From someone who seriously hates buying cars, the guys at Avon Valley, and the cars they have in stock, are brilliant. We went to see a particular car we saw on their website, and after visiting larger dealerships beforehand on the same day (and struggling through their horrible sales techniques, for some terrible cars) it was both the quality of the car (it was even better than expected) and the service and helpfulness of both the guys here which made us buy the same afternoon. We bought a BEAUTIFUL top notch car which runs like a dream, for a brilliant price (my boyfriend does his research trust me) and the guys were both genuine and helpful. They even let me warm my sons lunch up in their microwave! Thank you, we will be back :) Wendy

Recently we were recommended Avon valley garage and have to say have not been disappointed, Kevin sold me a beautifull fiat 500 and his service was second to none. Very competitive and friendly and easy to deal with. Would recommend him and the service he provides. 10/10.

Bought a 2005 Colt here in 2014. Used for commuting and gave me 3 years and 30,000 miles of trouble free motoring. Bought another car last October and 7 months later, another trouble free car so far. Avon Valley is a genuine, responsible and friendly company and have no reservations in recommending them. Keep it up and I will be back again.

At first I was happy with service and communication but problems began after I have made the payment and got back home... the vehicle supposed to have a current fresh MOT but there was numerous of defects where none of the legitimate MOT services would never passed this vehicle... I was buying the vehicle an hour before they were closing so it was a perfect opportunity for the sales team to masked the defects... once I called the office the next day trying to sort out existing defects I have been shouted out on the phone with absolutely lack of any customer service and manners... I am hugely disappointed with the customer service and they ‘work’ or rather incompetence... I would not recommend this place even to the worst enemy of mine...
