no more use of plastic bags for click & collect and home delivery is a great idea. Not before too long. I just hope the delivery people pack the raw meats separately from fresh foods!!!

Asda is no longer a cheap and value for money. Going to ALDI as its half the price and staff are much nicer

This review is for the cafe. Looks clean, staff seem friendly but quality of food is not good considering the prices they charge. A breakfast 9 items £4:50 but that’s just for the breakfast a drink and toast will cost extra. I got a coffee with mine in total it was £6:50 if I wanted toast that would have been a additional £1. For that price I could have got a large breakfast, coffee and toast at my local cafe and would have still had change. Won’t be back, only here as I’m waiting for my car to be serviced.

Extremely poor customer service. Went to buy Thomas trains, noticed that the self price is different from the scanning price by the till. Spoke to customer services and guess what- “sorry I can’t do anything “ was the answer, not even a Thank you for let us know. This is how Asda honours help from customer, not like the other shops- they honour the price. Only gave 1 star as the lads were nice by security, otherwise 0.

Personally think this is one of the best Asda’s. Lay out is perfect. Shop is always clean. Staff are always helpful. Haven’t had anything to eat from the cafe so can’t really comment. Toilets are upstairs and there is a lift aswell as stairs. Self service tills available.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever!! Pizza stand takes legit 30-40 to prepare a pizza, they don't even acknowledge you they leave you there waiting until they're ready, not a smile or eye contact, it's a bloody pizza it only takes 1 minute to prepare this is shocking

Why they decided to reduce the number of manned tills from 11 down to 7 in exchange for more self scan and scan and go points is beyond me. They rarely have many of them open... I hate the self scan tills yet am forced to use them because the few manned tills they do have open always have huge ques.
