There is no proper heating system or they keep the place colder than it suppose to be. People in the

There is no proper heating system or they keep the place colder than it suppose to be. People in the library, study with their jackets on so they can feel a bit warmer. When I talked to the staff about the temperature of the place they said they get lots of complaints about it and they carry the complaints to the management but nothing changes.

Good place to go if you want to read something. But definitely not ground floor because the noise will drive you crazy. There's a cafe in it so for uni students I would recommend this place.
