Ben has been amazing at developing my voice. He tells me I'm doing well when I am but finds constructive ways to help me if I'm not quite getting the technique. I really enjoy his lessons and have gotten a lot better since starting with him. I plan to be taught by him for much longer!

Awful !! I remember when I went to him and Woke up next day with my throat in agony from the technique of how he was trying to get me to sing ! And not only the i had a recording session with him the next day AND HE NEVER TURNED UP OR EVEN HAD THE DECENCY TO RING AND LET ME KNOW HE WASNT COMING !!!

Ben has a wonderful positive approach. I have learnt so much, and the singing lessons are tailor made to my requirements - be it trying a new song or style, or working on my problem area... awesome!

Very pleasant experience. Ben sure knows his stuff. Would certainly recomend to any one with an interest in music.

I took 6 singing lessons and recorded 2 songs while I was staying in Bristol. Ben’s understanding of the voice and the way he teaches is second to none. Where others are still teaching singing by keeping an egg in the throat, Ben uses the latest science and research and brings it to singing as an art form. Combine that with his recording and production skills and you have a top professional. An essential contribution to the music industry.

I love working with Ben on my recordings. He is so patient, so knowledgable and at the same time such an inspiration and fun. Highly recommend Ben if you are in a profession (or for fun) where you would like to record something in high quality, fast and have a great human being to work with. Always in awe how fast Ben is doing his magic. Of course I could do it at home, but when I leave Ben after 1-2 hours I know I have a great finished product. No messing about with trying to cut and paste and getting the music right. Just an enjoyable process through and through. In addition having someone who actually works with the voice, voiceover and creates music gives me a good feel that I can ask for feedback in times of doubt and get an honest qualified opinion.

I have had many lessons at Artist Studios with Ben and have had excellent and progressive experiences in each lesson. Artist studios provides quality teaching and a great learning environment whereby every question you have is met with a positive attitude! Ben is very knowledgable and has a real and rare skill for teaching, alongside a huge amount of musical skill! Great teacher. Dedicated and encouraging! He is educated in voice training techniques from around the world and from different cultures. It is unsurprising then that Ben understands voices from both a scientific and a holistic perspective. Which is very rare to find in a teacher! He is always there when I need singing support and I highly reccommend him. Whether young or old, confident or shy, Ben will help you get to where you need to be and fill up your day with enthusiasm.
