Booked a couples massage here... We were running late due to accident on motorway however they did not make an issue out of this. Me and the Mrs thoroughly enjoyed the massage. The lovely masseuses knew what they were doing and made the time spent enjoyable. Our 3 year old daughter was with us and they made sure she was ok too. I have upper back and shoulder pain and my masseuse focused on this area. They had soothing thai instrumentals in the background. We left feeling like jelly ... almost put us to sleep! Could not recommend enough. Thank you for everything. P.s they have great prices for what you get!

I visited Arokaya for the first time today and had a massage from Sophia. She was fantastic, she worked my shoulders and neck as requested and completed a full body massage leaving me feeling really relaxed! I've booked again for 4 weeks time and will be making this my monthly treat.

This is the best place for a Thai massage that I found so far in Manchester. Ive been to other places but nothing compared to this. The owner is very friendly and helpful, always up for a good chat. The Thai masseuse was great and knew exactly where it hurts. She focused on the back and neck which is where I needed it, however you can tell them how strong you want the pressure to be and also which area to focus on. Will be back

Went for a couples massage today for the first time and it was wonderful. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly and the facility is very calming, clean and welcoming. The appointment was on time and we didn’t have to wait. Me and my boyfriend had a great massage, the ladies were professional and communicated attentively throughout. We were both left feeling “brand new” Will definitely be returning for more!

My first time coming here I bruised quite badly and my arm was painful and swollen. This was due to a communication and language barrier as she didn’t understand any English and I kept saying too hard. The massage therapists are all very talented and great at what they do but the way the business is run is awful when a problem arises. The second time I came here was a different lady and I enjoyed the massage but unfortunately there was a lot of loud talking and laughing coming from the reception area and talk of the toilet being removed and replaced. I then heard a lot of banging/hammering, shouting back and forth. Not relaxing at all. Third and final attempt: massage booked for my birthday which was 2 hours long and spend the whole week looking forward to it. It’s November and cold outside and I arrived at 11o’clock which is opening time but I wasn’t worried as they have heater in the room. For a massage you obviously have to remove all clothing apart from the bottom underwear and I honestly was freezing, shaking throughout with the lady laughing but obviously uncomfortable as I kept asking if there was another heater. She didn’t understand what I meant but kept telling me the manager came only 30mins ago to let the staff in and turned on the heaters it should soon heat up. The massage therapist hands were cold throughout and she was so kind trying to put extra towels on me. It made a little difference but the room temp was 14•c I had to stop the massage as it was way too cold and painful as I couldn’t relax my muscles. I mentioned this to the receptionist and she apologised and pushed the payment machine towards me quoting a full original price. I’d asked for the manager and she had said he comes in in the morning to put heaters on and leaves so I won’t be able to contact him. Honestly it’s a shame because the massage therapists are very good but never will I go again. I eventually got a discount and left.

i treated myself to a full body 1 hour massage here yesterday and it was so good! definitely the best massage i've ever had - really enjoyable, but also really felt like it was beneficial for my muscles. everyone i spoke to was so lovely and professional too - i wouldn't change a thing about the whole experience and will definitely be back. tip: book by phoning rather than Treatwell (cheaper!)
