Argyle Health Isleworth Practice london

Although my previous experiences with this practice is not been a very good one but today’s experience was pretty good. I specially want to convey my Thank you to Helen Scott . What a lovely human being and compassionate nurse she is . If you are visiting this practice with a sick toddler she is the person you should have appointment with. She understands her little patients well , makes them at ease . Thank you so much Helen , because of you may be I want to recommend this practice to other moms.

Today I had an appointment with such a lovely doctor Ms.Bose ,I did wait for 30min although. I wish to see her in the future (if I need to only) I would give to her 5 stars. Thank you so much.

I just had operations, I was trying to make a check up appointment as I been told at the hospital (week after operations). For past two days I'm keeping trying to do that ! Long hours on the phone , and nothing ! After I press option no. 2, talk to the reception, your system is keeps asking during a waiting time, for date of birth and my telephone number, round and round !!! Overall I spent 53 minutes waiting in past 2 days. If I press 1 to book appointment, I have two options only, urgent appointment (that I don't want). Rutin appointment I been given by your system was in 22 May no thank you !!! I can't move from my bead at the moment, what I should do now !??? I wan to also add that I never had any problems with a staff that working there, they are good hard working people, but this moment really drugged me down. Please fixed your telephone system, as two days is already too long.

It takes an average 30 mins and longer for them to just pick up the dammed phone. You can easily wait an hour so better put a movie on. Appointments are usually 3 weeks to a month apart at best. Don't expect to get the same doctor twice unless you ask but then you will be waiting even longer to be seen I am yet to be seen on time when it comes to my appointments. Even 10 mins after but the wait can be anywhere of 20 mins to an hour easily. Half of the doctors can be rude, dismissive and just want you out asap. The other half actually care but those are hard to find. After being with the practice for a few short years I'm looking to find another, heck I'm willing to go private. Anything but this place is better. 10/10 would not reccomend this practice.

Poor service at the reception people probably volunteer and don't get paid to have such a stiff attitude and treat pacience like prisoners. Dirty practice and toilets just filthy!!! Difficult to get an appointment my appointment is in 4 weeks receptionist said they have lots of pacients that's why.. shouldn't really to this degree! Choose another practice trust me this is not a good one, not even an average NHS standard..

I needed help for my daughter and I am very grateful that she received excellent, timely care. A huge thank you to the receptionists (especially Ravinder), the admin team, the Nurse Practitioners and doctors: you helped get us back on the right track. Thank you for being there, for remaining hardworking and calm and above all showing humanity in such stressful times.

I never left a bad review for anything before. But this time I need to leave one. I originally booked a booster vaccine appointment but needed to reschedule. The text message by the GP told me to ring them directly to reschedule. I called them in the morning, they said they'll send a new link for me to book. Okay, I waited 2 hours, no link - I called back, another women checked my record, and apparently they didn't send a link. More outrageously, this women on the phone didn't even know their practice sends out booster vaccine appointment links. She told me to wait whilst she asks her manager, and eventually I got told to search on Google.....I mean I know I can search on Google, but I needed to reschedule using the same link they need to reactivate. Which the first women said she can reactivate but the second women no. Just a waste of my time

This people need to start working because they have a good reason now, which is covid, to do nothing. My 2 and half years old daughter can't be seen because they are giving just telephone appointments. WORST PRACTICE, they don't deserve to be open and to have patients.

Have always found them very helpful, despite being very busy. Have been able to reschedule appointments for my child easily and receptionists very pleasant.

They never help, they always make it difficult for you.
