I went to return a hoover which kept cutting out only has it 2 weeks , I was told I have to make a video of the item not working n could not give it back, I asked the manager DAN Wer it said that he confidently said on the website which I took his word, AND NO WER ON THE WEBSITE IT SAYS I HAVE TO TAKE A VIDEO OF THE ITEM NOT WORKING! After being a customer with Argos 20 years and my mum over 40 years I was so embarrassed!! Wait for it I took it to Argos 5miles away and they happily took it without any humiliation! I was treated with disrespect! Argos should think about the people they employ!!!

I'm a kid and I'm happy because they had xbox one controller so my dad buy it for me because my other xbox controller which I got with xbox was faulty

Absolutely horrible customer service. Hung the phone up while I was talking to them. Bought a brand new Samsung A8 from them and the screen went haywire within 2 weeks. Instead of fixing the situation or being apologetic they hang up. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Bogus 30 day return policy. Items don't have proper dimensions listed and don't come in resealable packaging. Buyer beware! Mattress topper should have a sign that states they are purchased at own risk, with no help in store or with their online description

If you like poor products. Bad customer service, including abusive, haughty, arrogant, ignorant, racist, and mealy mouthed treatment from their delivery goons. Plus a completely non responsive complaints service that refuses to redress customer grievances, then this dump is perfect for you............ There is 0 chance that I or my family will purchase anything from argos again, this side of hell

Paying online to collect in-store should be instant collection. Especially when you can clearly see the items with your own very eyes and then get told its not that, only for the lady to take a stroll, pick up the very same thing you pointed out to her, then go take it to the back and pretend she's gone and found it for you. Weird behaviour, absolutely weird. Wasted 15 minutes of my life only for her to go take a walk. Lol.

Have been 3 times in the last month. The first time was to return a faulty vacuum and they exhanged it straight away. The other time I went to collect a PS5 and the service on each occasion was faultless. I had some other issues and the staff went above and beyond to help me.

Very poor and aggressive customer service particularly by the manager. Didn't allow me to exchange a faulty product even under warranty and started arguing with me about it. Better off buying your stuff somewhere else

Bought vacuum cleaner online with warranty and when it broken down tried getting receipt online later not available after 6 months left with vacuum cleaner not working never had problems til now won't be going again and will close argos soon for good they way the are going with customer service no point for paying extra for warranty

Got my item on time but the store was busy due to less staff. Not much seating available.
