My experience with this surgery over the past 6 years has been absolutely dreadful, it is impossible to see a GP even in emergency cases and the staff is very badly organized. This has culminated recently when I was cut off by the receptionist when I had an emergency and was told I had to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment. I do not recommend this surgery

Walked in as usual. The receptionist behind the glass jumped up like I just walked in with a gun. Rushed me out the building because me and my son didn't wear a mask we are both exempt. Which apparently doesn't matter we were refused entry/service anyway. No phone call from a doctor to see if my child was alright. Why pay taxes if I can't even get my child simple medical care without being discriminated against.

Their locum duty Dr saved my life with his quick response to my illness a few years ago. During the pandemic I have found the reception team really really helpful and effective in getting you to talk to a GP on the phone, and then getting you in to see a Dr if needed, always polite, helpful and actually do call you back when they say they will. Always get my prescription to the correct chemist, usually within a day.

I was appalled by a member of staff who was shaking his fist at my dog who was only smelling the grass as he didn’t cook his leg , After this behaviour I asked to speak to the surgery manager who told me I he to put a mask on an wait outside ‘ It’s a shame she was not wearing 1 with other members of staff inside how unprofessional an rude , Little do they no I walk my dogs there an keep an eye on the place , I’ve often seen opportunist’s away from there late at night as I live next door , I’ve never met such unfriendly rude individuals before , I clean any mess up my dog makes an it’s a shame others don’t , The individuals including management clearly need to learn people skills an I will take this further .

Reception staff helpful but doctors don't listen to you. An unnecessary examination caused me severe and lasting pain and left me wishing i had never sought help.
