Had an appointment at the orthodontics department. My son has some issues with the teeth. He also had a bad accident last year and had both of his front teeth chipped. He was being checked and there were two doctors available. 1 of em is trying to tell me that there is a possibility that his front teeth might be damaged when he's older and carries on telling me what's wrong with the teeth which I understand is her job but at no point in that conversation she gave me a solution. All she did was stress me out and only pointed out the problems without coimg up with any solution. When she finished I told her that I took my son to a private dentist for a checke up and he told me that thre is nothing to worry about and that when he's older he can have perfect teeth as it's 2021 ,both the doctors in the room got offended that I got a second opinion. I mean I understand that it's thier job to be honest with their patients but sorry to say some of them are just bitter and only want to stress you out. I mean I've had first hand experience with NHS doctors. I lost my husband at 32 because of doctors negligence. I had a near death experience after I was given the wrong combination of medication. I don't trust them especially the ones working with NHS. SORRY!!!

Went there today with my 4 year old son for a ECG heart monitor fitting. Checked in with a guy sitting in reception called Alex. We sat there for an hour and I had to ask when they could see us. I was told that we were not in checked. How professional is this?!! To put someone in the reception who forgets to check you in. Isn’t this his job to help other people?! Should he really have this job?

Surgical day ward Nurses not actually bothered about doing their job, son was unsteady on his feet after operation and felt faint Nurse was more worried he would be sick on the floor rather than his wellbeing then said it was because he was too thin. We seemed like an inconvenience to them being there. No communication only saw the Nurse twice in 10 hours. No pain killers given and left to fend for ourselfs on discharge. No bedside manner for our 12 year old son fully understand the whole pay rise thing but you are taking it out on the wrong people we are actually dreading returning. This is the second time in the hospital and have received the same service surgical team 10/10 it is the nurses that need to pull their socks up. Never had any problems at Worthing hospital.
