Don’t know where to start. My friends booked PR Clair for my hen do. We ordered several items. The ones that arrived, arrived much later than promised. One of the pieces of clothing I ordered never arrived and I never got a refund. Chased Clair for 4 months. Ridiculous. Almost 5 months later Clair’s manager finally made the payment. That’s why I changed the review from 1 start ( initially) to 3.

As a guy it's sometimes hard enough going into the back but where all the fun stuff is, however put off buying anything with the staff lady hovering around me felt really awkward. Ended up not buying anything becuase of it which is a massively disappointment. Abit of space would be good next time when buying something personal like a toy...

lousy or serving the tall lady who worked on Tuesday afternoon. didn't ask me if I had any doubts, I was saying I couldn't take pictures of the gel but in reality I didn’t take a pictures, I was translate . terrible attendance.

I asked if they could help me to find my size in a bra that it was in a box and I couldn't open to see if it fits me. They gave me one and when I went home it was twice my size. I called them and they told me as the box is opened I can't change that. It was their fault and they should change that. But they didn't even apologise about.

Poor customer service. Very terrible attitude from a huge girl with lots of makeup cat look and long black hair sullen miserable face can't be bothered attitude bored to death Only if you put same effort in customer rather then your makeup pulling horrifying face and behaving annoyed. What A shame as the store is lovely and I'm a regular customer. Won't be coming back

Thank you so much to the brilliant staff member who helped me select a gift for my partner today. We dont use toys so no I had ndea where to start and I was so nervous, but you were so helpful!

Shocking customer service, absolutely disgusted. Made a pre-planned trip with my girlfriend, found nice stuff, only to discover that a) they were closing 1 hour earlier than advertised, b) they had closed the changing room 25mins before the "revised" closing time and wouldn't even let us in for 5 minutes. Then got an awful attitude and tone from server when trying to line things up over clothing to see if they might fit. Totally spoiled the day, don't bother.

Social distancing done well, great store.

It was most memorable event @Edinburgh. people coming from all walks of life.. Present Art and their Culture and enjoy the world famous masterpiece event.. Foodies are enjoying with there favourite Scotis choice @Ann Summer Edinburgh.. I wish I could again make it There..

Staff very unhelpful obviously not fussed about selling anything in their store..
