Very helpful staff, they made a call so that I could buy a dress for someone which had been purchased online that morning (the online purchased was just shipped from somewhere else instead) I really appreciate retail staff who care enough to make things like that happen when the easiest option is to say “sorry, it’s sold”

One of the nicest shopping experiences I have had in ages with such lovely ladies to help! Gill was amazing together with another couple of wonderful girls helping and supporting too! I really valued their advice, comments & time and nothing was too much trouble for them! I will definitely return.

Went on a shopping day out in Edinburgh. I've been to the Hobbs in Glasgow so decided to check the Edinburgh Store. Although I didn't buy anything I had a very nice experience looking at suitable autumn coats. I was served by a lovely lady called Samantha and had other staff members help too. I always appreciate a good retail store where customers are greeted upon arrival. Loved the shop, very nice atmosphere and very welcoming!

Had a great time shopping today. Gill and Fiona were incredibly helpful and helped us find items for our function that week. The customer services made it very relaxing and enjoyable.
