Had a good experience here. Staff were attentive and friendly. Lots of stock at good prices, lots of variety. Was able to find what I wanted (knowing only what kind of jewelry I wanted to buy), and left without spending heaps of money.

I have been meaning to share my review for a few weeks. I popped in to get something for my mum the day before Mother’s Day. I’ve just had a baby so I looked like no one owned me and was in a bit of a rush. The staff were all wonderful. Super friendly and just made me feel comfortable without being pushy.

Staff were quick to serve me, however were trying very hard to upsell me. I knew what I wanted and it became frustrating. The staff were quite condescending towards my final choice. I spent just under $300 dollars at the store but wished I didn't have to, but it was the only jeweller that had the pearl set available. Disappointing.
