Some very basics missing here. In a far corner trainees are shakingwwith scizzors, tripping over their own blow dryers, soaking customers ears in soap whilst washing hair and to top it all off NO assistance whatsoever was provided to remove all the hair that was just cut off, not even with a blow dryer. I was left there standing in a Cape covered in hair whilst the young boy stormed off to plonk himself down on a chair at reception. Absolutely no supervision or training evident in this salon..

I really dont understand why there are so many negative reviews. The staff were really nice and listened to everything I wanted. They understood I was a bit anxious and helped me calm down. I left extremely happy with my hair and it didn't leave a hole in my wallet. I hardly ever get my hair done but will 100% start coming here more often. Couldn't recommend enough!

Bitterly disappointed. Asked for a straight blowdry, volume at the roots with a flick finish. Just awful - still damp at the roots. Blown flat with the wrong size brush. Cannot believe I was allowed to leave the salon, my hair was a joke. Thought this was a training salon?? - ‘supervisor’ attended initially to ask student about my hair, and on completion to ask if I wanted hairspray...2 of them sat on their backsides the entire time I was there, offering ZERO guidance. Cannot stress how gutted I was. I rang after leaving salon, really upset, and was asked to return - money was refunded and a more experienced graduate blew over my hair - agreed it wasn’t good and did a great job. Very impressed, to be fair, at how my disappointment was handled, so thank you. But it beggars belief that I was allowed to have my hair worked on with NO supervision and allowed to leave in that state. The 2 stars are for the remedial offered. Will not be returning and will not be recommending - how could I??

Lydia did an incredible job correcting the colour of my hair. Usually I am blonde, and when I decided to go darker, a hair stylist back home turned my hair black. My hair had serious root grow out, and I even tried to put in highlights. My hair colour was a mess, I had several different tones in my hair, and desperately wanted my blonde hair back. The results I got were beyond what I could have hoped for. My hair has never looked better. Lydia was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure my hair turned out well. I'm absolutely thrilled with my results and will be coming back in the future.

I had a cut & blow dry on the first day of my holidays in Liverpool. Emily (I might have misheard), the stylist did a great care of my streaky hair and explained what she was doing and was going to do next - loved her accent too. It was a nice treat for myself after 5 hours of train. Great value for money as well especially for students. Will come back when I’m in Liverpool next time

A wonderful experience. Had my hair cut and blown by Issy, although a trainee she was calm, confident, and listened to how I'd like my hair. It was my first visit and was put at ease, the salon was clean and PPE worn. Can't wait for my next visit.😀

Had my hair done on Saturday by Lou, she was very professional in her knowledge and understanding of what I wanted and what would work with my hair. Very attentive, making sure I was happy with everything throughout my appointment and very good with conversation. Made up with my hair and service and will 100% want Lou to do my hair again

Stylist are top notch. Must visit If you want a complete makeover.

Lou washed and cut my hair and I couldnt be happier, she made sure I was happy every step of the way and did exactly what I asked for. Very friendly atmosphere and so happy with my haircut! 10/10
