So unprofessional, didn’t not feel comfortable at all, all I heard was people walking around and being really loud when I was trying relax having a facial and massage. Therapist swapping around half way through my massage. It was advertised as a DermaLogica facial and I’m 100% sure they didn’t use them, I felt really rushed and not relaxed one bit! 1 hour and a half treatment was finished in just under 1 hour. Will not be returning

Had a wash cut & blow, my hair is damaged and Ana explained to me how to fix it without trying to hard sell. Good customer service & I am very happy with my cut, will return.

I had the Brazilian blow dry done for the 1st time at this Salon although I have had it done before at other salons I wasn't always happy with the outcome. Honey was very friendly and professional and explained the process and made me feel very comfortable whilst at the salon as this procedure takes time! My hair is extremely frizzy and I blow dry and straighten daily which is taking its toll on my hair. Since having this done I no longer need to use my GHD's I just simply blow dry my hair and my hair is smooth and straight and now feels in great condition and no longer goes frizzy when caught in the rain. Very happy customer and would definite of recommend. 😊 xx

AVOID THIS PLACE. I made an appointment for my 3 year old daughter but I couldn’t find the place despite when I looked on google maps we appeared to be standing exactly where it should be. I asked in a ‘salon’ where if they knew where Ana’s was and the woman told me I was in the right place despite it being chaotic, dirty and apparently going through some sort of refurbishment, but that the hairdresser didn’t have an appointment booked for 4.30 (as I’d booked) and told me to ring the mobile number on the website. I started to do this but when I looked down at my sad little girl who was expecting to ‘have her hair done’ I couldn’t do anything other than walk out. Not cool. TJs on Burton Road saved the day and my daughter was extremely excited to have gone to a proper salon in the end.
