Lovely clean modern shop the staff are great listen to what u want huge choice or designs colours wouldn't go anywhere else 5 stars for me

The staff were very kind, but I have to give this a one star because this salon was DIRTY and lots of health code violations were happening. I came in and saw other people leaving and sitting down and none of the table tops were sanitized. Mine had dead skin and nail dust all over it. I got my nails removed and they used a dirty towel with STAINS. After my nails were soaked the technician used a paper towel to take of the gunk and HE REUSED IT ON THE WOMAN NEXT TO ME! It was so cheap and NASTY. That lady just got my 3 week old nails all over her hands! None of the files were sanitized and put straight back to be used by the next customer. Also they were almost COMPLETELY WHITE covered in dead skin. The ENTIRE salon seemed to be covered in dead skin and all the metal tools the nail tech used on me weren't sanitized either! Not to be unprofessional, but this has to be one of the most DISGUSTING nail salons I have ever been to!!! I couldn't leave because I was in so much shock from what happened. I'm at the point where I feel it's necessary to call a health inspector to save someone else from getting an infection.

Horrific. Went in optimistic and all I wanted was my gel colour changed and my nails cut a bit shorter but felt rather rushed. 2 DAYS AFTER already chipped and ripped off white part of my nail. Would avoid.

Amazing nails today! Called on the day and they were able to book me in which was amazing. Really professional. Full extensions with nail art 1.5 hours which is less time than I have been in other places and a perfect job.

Great service

Very poor hygiene standards and customer service. After waiting for about 1 hour , when I sat down to get my nails done, I was asked to change seats and wait aside so that another customer who had arrived after me could be seen without any explanation or apologies, the woman who had started working on my nails, asked me to wait so she can attend her other customer. Also I did not feel comfortable during the whole service as customers were being served one after another without fully sanitising the surfaces and the same nail files were being used for customers whereas any other Nail salon that I have been to during the Covid-19 pandemic , provide each customer with new set of files. Overall my experience at this salon was really bad and I will not go back and definitely will not recommend it to anyone.
