I spent time here with Ivonna creating the most beautiful engagement ring for my partner, Ivonna was so helpful and talked me through the whole process. My partner is over the moon with it, it’s such a stunning design, and everyone who sees it falls in love with it. We’ll back for the wedding rings for sure.

We just bought our wedding rings from here and couldn't recommend this store enough. We were helped by the lovely Emily Palmer and she was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We've been in to a few jewellery stores and have sometimes been put off by unfriendly staff but everyone in the store was so welcoming. The store itself is also stunning.

Where do we begin...... We came to Allum & Sidaway in March 2015 after seeing their stall at a wedding fair. We were enticed by the discount deal they were offering at the time if you bought 2 wedding rings together. Little did we know that we were about to be cosmically aligned with THE best ring designer in Salisbury! Me, as the groom, had absolutely NO idea what I wanted from a wedding ring after being bored to death by the same old junk available everywhere, it then became a challenge for Abigail to design me something absolutely fantastic; a challenge she accepted and won, with flying colours!! As for my bride, she presented Abigail with what I can only describe as a sketch drawn by a 2 year old, to which Abigail managed to decipher and turn into something magnificent. Abigail has since penned us as Mr and Mrs Wolverine due to the design of our rings but there's been nothing sharp about her reaction to my bride walking in at all hours of the day and asking for her time. She has been nothing but dedicated professional courteous and polite, along with being a mind reader to all our needs and wants. To top it all off she has a great personality and knows how to have a good giggle! So much so, she is even a guest at our wedding. If you're looking for a signature piece that can work within both a small and large budget then this should be your first stop! We really can't thank them enough for everything they've done for us it's been truly magical. Thanks for making our day that little bit more awesome!!

What a stunning premises Allum and Sidaway have in Salisbury. The standard of interior finish and furnishings would not be out of place in London's Bond St. Customer service is professional, not pushy; knowledgeable, not 'know-it-all'. I look forward to coming back and spending time choosing my next watch.

I popped into the shop 5 weeks before my wedding, after sadly falling out of love with my original dress following 2 postponements due to covid. Esther was so lovely and helpful, and the bridal salon is absolutely beautiful. I felt so comfortable and looked after, and tried a few dresses on whilst discussing my options with only 5 weeks to go! I fell in love with a dress which Esther assured me could be altered in the timescale, and arranged another appointment with the seamstress for a few days time. I am so so pleased I came into the shop on a whim, the service was incredible and the seamstress recommended to me was so lovely and her work was amazing. Thank you so much Esther for ensuring I got married in my dream dress, and for being so welcoming and sweet. Would highly recommend to any bride!

I thought buying my girlfriend some diamond earrings for valentines was going to be hard work during this pandemic but I couldn’t have been more wrong. After finding a lovely set on the Allum website I emailed through showing interest. Jason called me back and arranged for them to be sent to Salisbury so I could view and I was instantly sold. Excellent service from both Jason and also Luke went the extra mile with the packing and bows! Hassle free and brilliant service all round 10/10

Adjusted the bracelet on my watch in less than 2 minutes after another jewellery store was unable to. Didn’t charge me a penny although I offered to pay. Great service and staff. We’ll done A&S👏🏻 .

I recently bought three Marco Bicego rings online which were from the Shaftesbury store. Aimee and Tess were absolutely brilliant. I spoke to them on the phone and they were very happy to send me photos of the items I wanted to have a better look at. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were both very friendly and helpful. Service was excellent and delivery very fast ( recorded delivery). I can definitely highly recommend buying online from this company.

I cannot recommend a better place for an amazing experience... It was my first place to try on dresses and my nerves couldn't have been settled quicker. The lovely Philippa welcomed us all in and made us feel comfortable and relaxed within the first few minutes. There was such a variety of dresses to choose from. I have chosen my dress with Allum and Sidaway bridal and I am over the moon with my decision. Even going to different bridal stores to check I had the one, I couldn't stop comparing the wonderful service I had received in the morning to the different bridal stores let alone the dresses. I definitely knew that Allum & Sidaway was the place I wanted to purchase my dress from. If you are a bride to be then Allum & Sidaway is a must on the list.
