I’ve left the surgery now. Going back to 2018 I had a lump appear on my mouth that bled profusely. The doctor refused to even look, saying I needed to see a dentist. I informed him I wasn’t registered at that time and local dentists weren’t accepting new patients without a doctors referral. He refused to refer me. I eventually got a dentist after saying I believe it to be a tumour. The dentist referred me to the maxi facial clinic at the hospital where a (benign) pregnancy tumour was diagnosed and removed. It took 3 months when the gp could’ve referred me to the hospital himself initially but didn’t. Just extremely lazy and bad overall practice. It’s evident he no longer enjoys helping people. Should retire.

This is possibly the worst GP service I have ever encountered, numerous delays and huge lack of professionalism. The Doctors do not uphold basic duty of care with their patients especially those with chronic conditions. Do NOT choose this as you GP practice, you will regret it. getting prescriptions is a nightmare, and getting through is nearly impossible.

Absolutely useless and rude. Doctor couldn't care about calling back and receptionist just hung up before I finished speaking. I would not recommend this surgery

Booked an appointment on Monday, I had to wait till the following week (Monday) for a call back, a week later the doctor called however I missed it by seconds, I called the reception back within a minute however I was told that I have to wait another week for a call back... phone consultations literally take a minute or so, waiting 2 weeks for a call isn’t great especially when you really need to have your issue dealt with.

The receptionist are rude and careless on the phone . They do not care about people's health and they can be very racist towards patient from different ethnicity . Be Careful on the medicine they give you at time they prescribed wrong medicine , which affected my health in long term !!! They need to change the girl at the reception , she is very rude and careless and not intelligent enough to hold this position Worst Medical experience Health is important , they can make you health worst that it is! they Honestly deserve 1 stars , just because they are open and its a health organisation !! But Be careful !!
