Fantastic place, The only reason for four stars is that if you have a disabled child (which was the reason for my visit).... You still have to pay car parking charges even as a blue badge holder.

Horrible experience, I got given an appointment for February 2019 and then a few days before they cancelled it till April, again a few days before they cancelled it to may. I went there and seen my doctor for pain in my knee and he gives me an x-ray and goes nothings there and there is basically nothing we can do and I had to leave, i wasn't even given anything or any advice to stop the pain. The only thing that's good is that the G3 reception was quick and got in on time my appointment, other then that i would recommend taking you child somewhere else.

There was a long wait and people were getting understandably restless, the staff couldn’t have been more lovely and understanding. Especially being under great strain and tired themselves. Especially the lovely triage nurse. My son was seen by the most lovely doctor called Shirley, she was really lovely , professional and friendly

Not that you ever wish your child a trip to or stay in hospital but what a fantastic hospital. Great staff and facilities although as weekends are least busy most refreshment / food areas close early. I can't give less stars but will say that some families should respect the hospital better and help keep it cleaner. I.e. leaving rubbish around after eating etc
